All I have to say is go to the forum. Proved you guys wrong. I am not the only one with this issue.
...
Oh no. Not YOU again. I thought you had canceled.
...
If you don't like my complaints, don't read them. Simple. YOU choose to read my comment. Now deal with it.

And the same can be said of my comments regarding your obsession with discussing how much you despise your phone, which, by the way, we already got that part.
I don't need to ignore your drivel, you simply need to stop writing it.
...
I also chose to comment on it. YOU deal with it. Leave Satan leave now!
...
Ok but you chose to read them. You don't have to you chose to. I could care less if you reply. I can complain all I want for AS LONG as I want. You have the choice in not reading it. You chose to read it. So if you are tired of my complaining, don't read my complaints.
...
You have every right to complain and I have every right to blast you...and I will.

You know, I'm not sure that a Phonescoop forum proves anything.
I spend all day talking to people who have problems with their phone. Based on that alone, I could assume that those phone, the EnV Touch included, absolutely suck. BUT... I don't have ANYONE come in, walk up to me, hand me their phone, and say "I absolutely love my phone and have no problems with it."
Still, if you want to assume that the EnV Touch is a horrible phone based on a concentration of people complaining about their phone, so be it. Of course, I'd probably have to expand that to ever phone with complaints, but that would mean there's no such thing as a good phone.
Oh, and you do realize this phone has a 4.39 rating, right? When I look at the RAZR, Samsung...

Oh, and if you're going to get that Eris you might want to get on that before the end of the month when they won't have the ability to offer that pricing any more. Or, if you like, you can continue to complain about all the things Verizon has offered to fix your problem. It's your choice.

Got it. Didn't like it.

Well, then you seem to be out of options then, huh?
...
She can cancel. She's already cost your company enough money. She resembles the five hundred customers Sprint fired. Good riddance to bad rubbish!
...
Wow seriously. I love the Eris. I wonder what was wrong with that one?

You can't please entitlement.
...
I love it to but there has been a lot of times that I accidently call people and I press the end button and it does not close the call but exits out of the phone call screen but I am still on the call. Also when I make a call and hang up it does not respond right to end the call. It hangs up like five seconds later. Is this the way the phone is? I don't know. It might be me and not being use to that but it is kind of confusing. I think I might just return it and buy it on ebay or something. Don't want to make the same mistake again.
...
You might return the Eris and buy what on ebay?
...
Mmmhmm. I have never accidentally called anyone and I used to do that on my Curve all the time. Of course my daughter (who has it now) found out how to lock the phone. I apparently was too stupid. There's a lot of things I learn by accident, but I find something new to love about the Eris every day. My calls end ok as well with no lag. You might just have a bum phone. It happens occasionally. A replacement should take care of it.

More than likely they didn't take time to learn the OS, and expect everything to act like their old phone.
I always recommend a Knack to those people.

You are the reason Verizon, and other carriers, have to charge what they do... If it wasn't for whinny customers that think they are entitled to something they are not, your contracts would cost half as much, since they wouldn't have to have a built in "@sshole recovery fee".
