There is a website that you can go to if you have a work email address. www.verizonwireless.com/discounts. This site will search based on the email address to see if we have a contract with your company (by the email only). If you are eligible it will send you an email to let you know the percentage that you will receive.

If you do have a work email but the website does not recognize it, that doesn't mean that you are not eligible. It just means you will not be able to do it thru email but have to fax in information.

If you don't have a work email address you can call Customer Service and they can search for you or visit one of your local stores and they can also go over the information with you.
