Early UPgrade
Hi everyone,
VZW allowed my family to renew our contract early and purchase new phones at the 1 year promo pricing because we needed smart phones.....do we still get a 14 day test drive for the phones or no? Wondering if we have options to pay the restocking fee and swap the bb's we purchased for something like the omnia witha bigger screen (easier on the eyes) haha...thanks everyone for any info

It's no longer called Test Drive but you do get the 30 Day Worry Free Guarantee Policy for returns

The Test Drive was in addition to the WFG and allowed for certain service charges to be dropped. If you started service before Feb 15 you might still be under the Test Drive program, but I'm not certain about your particular instance...

This customer got an upgrade so he/she does of course get the 30 day worry free guarantee where they can exhange the equipment with the 35.00 restocking fee plus any difference in price.
The test drive is for brand new customers lines of service established before 02/15/09. So this customer does not get the Test drive
