Can you move about the plans freely

I was wondering if you can change your calling plans minutes down and up with no penalty or extending of your contract? So basically can I move to a plan with fewer minutes and if I find that I need more again then move it back up? Thank you.

yeah... you can move around as much as you want. Up or down, it wont affect your 2year contract with verizon. The only way to actually extend your contract is when you get an upgrade...which means getting new equipment at the promotional price! 😁

so why is that an issue Joe. You stop one plan, start another during a bill cycle. I guess your carrier of choice doesn't do that?

We like to change on the bill cycle date to prevent prorates, but ultimately, it's the customer's choice.

Nah Im on the 550 a minute plan shared for $49 plus $15 UL internet. We have nearly 2000 minutes in roll over. No need to "switch plans" We do it ono the fly....Sometimes we use 1000 minutes sometimes 200...Thats the beauty of the Roll Over plan for us. No worries about going over ever, while paying for a minimum plan.
That and all the free features I get to use with my phone...and people wonder why I will put up with dropped calls and continue with ATT i...

Troll. Ive got a question. I thought you weren't a fan of AT&T? Now your talking about the benifits of rollover and such. I thought it was only because it was GSM and and Open Network. Guess you like your carrier more than you claim...who woulda thought?

Roll Over is a benefit I enjoy but don't need.
GSM is a technology that fulfills my NEEDS and Wants.

I like my Carrier indeed. I like them becasue they provide the technology I use without nickel and dimeing me for everything. If it were Cingular or Boost. I wouldn't care. I am under no obligation to ATT. I don't "sell" ATT to friends I show off the technology and the hardware let them choose the Carrier best suited for...

Joe, that's not the issue being addressed here. I didn't realize anything anyone posts brings out the "I've got 2000 rollover minutes so I'm good" chant.

So much for discussing anything with you.
