Verizon is a cesspool of poor customer service...confirmed..
It's good to know these reps would never make it at the wireless carrier I work for. If you are in a US Cellular area, port over your number. I guarantee we would not post you grievances online and your customer service will be great!
Btw, if you are thinking about switching, remember to NOT cancel your existing service as the port will auto-cancel your account at your old carrier.

That's one statement that you can never prove to be true. I don't care how great you think your work environment is, there are always people that complain no matter what job. We are talking maybe 5 reps for a company that employs thousands. You know that it is the unhappy ones that will come and air their views and share how they feel with the general public. I bet if there was a reliable way to collect data on those that a happy in their job, the data would certainly be skewed towards those liking their jobs versus those unhappy.
