Is that for call centers, too; because I wanna work in their call center?

I'm in a call center. Mostly the same. You won't get a business phone to start though, that's supervisor & above. You do get discounts and (possibly, unfortunately) a phone addiction. Like phones? Good, a lot of people I work with collect them. Handy for family members who get hand me downs though. And when you meet up with friends/family be prepared for them to hand you their phone (whatever carrier) to fix. You'll have a good chance of being able to even if you've never seen the phone before.
