I want a phone that has great sound quality, a good camera, good sleek design, and the ability to text and get emails. They seem to both fit my description, I just wanted to get some peoples opinion on what phone they like better. I have the Venus and I am not 100 percent sure I made the right choice.

There is a difference between wanting email and needing email. BB's will give you instant email capabilities pushed to your handset, but they also require a minimum of a $24.99 data package. is that a cost you want incur each month? Something you need to decide for yourself.
The details you gave are vague. And ultimately you just need to make a decision for yourself. Try one of them out and if it fits your needs, then stick with it.

2 different types of phones. Can't compare them as equals. The BB is a better phone I own it and love it. But I have had Bb for a long time. Venus doesn't do a thing for me
