Maybe I've been doing this too long, but I find myself GREATLY annoyed with the amount of teenyboppers who talk about getting a Blackberry for their next phone simply because of the name yet they don't even realize that you can get your email on the handset (the sole purpose of the device). Even more shocking are the parents that consider buying it for them until they learn that...

What a surprise. Extra features cost extra money. Buy your 12 y/o a Samsung u340 so when it gets "stolen" (read "lost") it doesn't cost you $500 to replace it.

Yeah, there seems to be this thing goin' on where teenagers MUST have the highest-end phones now.
iPhones, Blackberries... its like they're what pricey clothes and cars used to be for teens. Even if they barely know how to use all the features, lol.
