I was wonder what does the insurance cover? I believe lost or stolen phone, correct? But also how would someone claim it lost or stole? Any help would be great! 🙂

Just call the claim department at 888-881-2622, and tell them you lost it/ was stolen. A police report use to be neeeded, but is no longer required.
