first payment *_*
i recently purchased a helio and was aware of a credit fee. i checked my bank and helio account today...and helio charged me way above the credit fee (and its only been a week since i got my phone). what's more dissapointing is that the payment was automated (without my consent). it was too late to call a customer service (apparently they are closed at 8pm during weekends), so I sent an email. is this my misunderstanding or did anyone else had the same trouble. i will update this information tomorrow after i call them (i really hope this is my misunderstanding of things for i really like my phone).
