Form factor of i835 holster...

Talk about ass backwards, the holster is designeed to craddle the phone display side in, speaker/battery door out! wtf? Every time you get a call or a chirp, you have to take it out of the holster to see who's calling, this renders the phones capability of making, and answering calls and chirps, with the flip closed while in the holster useless! That's the reason I upgrade from the candy bar style phones to a flip..anyway I'm ranting, but does this irritate any other 835 owners? Anyone know of any non oem holsters that will allow the phone to be carried display side out?

Thanks..

Nope...I have the same issue with my i730 and my LG8100 (VzW)...the holsters are there to cradle the handset and keep it closed and protected. I have a case with the swivel hook for the 8100 and I am constantly reaching down to discover my phone is flappin' in the wind, open with my screen unprotected or I am constantly ripping the hook off my belt when I get in or out of the car...anybody else cut corners to sharp or dont get the swivel clicked in tight and drop the phone?

I'm a little confused...are you interested in answering your handset while it is still stowed away? Hands-free options include earbud and inline control, right? Only the i875 have the Bluetooth feature with Boost...is this what your hoping for wjpdcct....Jess

Something else kinda bothers me...why can't you just pull the phone out of the cradle when it rings, check the external display and answer it while it is closed ???
