Question
I was speaking with a tech support rep late last night after getting my very last harassing phone call, now I am changing my number, but my question is she was telling me about a new program that cell one is starting on Monday about getting customers upgrades more often. I am really really really looking into getting the nokia 6255 I am so looking into it that I am considering activating a completely new line of service and just having a family plan for one person. I want to know what this new program is if anyone has an knowledge it would be really helpful. Thanks

We do have a tool that we use for exisiting lines of service I am not going into specifics however it is based on several different factors. If you add a line however, it is not a factor, you get new promotions as a new customer. I would not worry about the tool that is used, but I can tell you that if you pay your bill on time, every month that is one of the factors that is reviewed.
