ATT/DOBSON..I want my job!!!
I work in the Boardman Contact Center and bottom line is...I want to keep my job.....I don't care about retention bonuses or when I'm getting my money...Daily we hear people say they can't wait for their money and they are outta here...Not that way for me....I need my hourly wage and my benefits....Youngstown, OH isn't the most happenin place for jobs...Literally hundreds of people could be out of work....We are payed not to bad for this area...yeah, there's crap that goes with it but you have that anywhere....The grass isn't always greener on the other side...I would like to think that we should no more about the future of our jobs by Christmas to make it a little merrier or drearier..Even if we just hear we are being kept open or closed wi...

you better start looking for a new job. I am not sure how much you are getting paid but i also work for the call center and i have been here for 5 years and i am not even at the 10.00 mark. i got a new job and will be starting really soon and my start rate at the other job is almost 12.00 an hour. there are jobs out there you just have to look. i think people just stay at cell one because of the reason you listed it's not a bad job a. the pay is ok and the benefits are really good. trust me when i tell you that the grass is already greener on the otherside for me.
