Can someone tell me if Ceullar One's pearls are unlock to use with any sim?

The answer is no Cell Ones smart phones are not unlocked. The regular handsets are but not the Blackberries or any other smart phone sold by Cell One.

To answer the question, if you didn't buy the Pearl at full retail price, the answer is 'no' for providing the unlock code, however, when your contract's complete with the device you can request one.
