stupid customers/crack-mobile roaming
i signed a customer up for 2 lines saturday...already have 3 with t-mobile but there is not a tmobile tower within 100 miles of here...now they cal tmobile and added 2 more lines to them...and are trying to cancel these cell one lines...im just really pissed right now #%%@ TMOBILE..i spend an hour with a customer on a saturday that i could be outside...or drunk..and this is what i get...the stupid fat lady came back today and said shes not happy with the plan...show her the tmobile plans compared and how ours are better...so next shes not happy with the service...ok ma'am where are your no service spots? (doesnt have any) i just dont know what else i can do kind of a rant..hope everyone elses days were better

She should have stuck with us. You should have told her our tech support department's waaay better than theirs. They couldn't even get an AOL instant messenger issue resolved. I had to tell the tech what to do in order to get the T-Mobile customer's phone number blacklisted from AOL.

haha. I love people 😁 Just kidding! I had a couple come into Cellular one a few days back and say they wanted reception everywhere. I advised them no cell company has reception everywhere, so she pulls out the Alltel map and shows me how their map shows almost no dead spots. haha, I told her she would be better off with them. ( I don't need activations that bad) 🙂

I heard they start out there day at AT&T with the morning meeting which consists of 2 bong hits and 2 tabs of acid to keep them going through there short shifts ... pfft to the non 24 hour customer service comapnies!

hahaha before i go to work i get to the point and roll another joint... 😛 but on the real it seems like that would help me deal with my imbred/white trash/jobless customers that expect not to have a deposit to sign up when they live off the government...some of them make more than me for just being disgusting pieces of trash and wastes of space...and watch out for the baby mama drama...all the women up here wanna get pregnent so they get more welfare 🤤
