Ever since I started Cricket service, my phone only rings 3 times, then goes to VM. I have called a few times to tech support claiming that they cannot adjust that. I think that is BS because I work as a VZW Customer Service rep In Niagara Falls, and I have many times asst a cust with that very same issue by contacting tech support who can adjust the ring length. I would think that Cricket would have that same technology. I don't am I being fed a line of crap from Cricket tech's or can my ringer length actually be adjusted like VZW tech's can for there customers.
