I am so pissed right now!

Just spent over $300 today at Cricket amd I can not make calls. It says I am not authorized or some crap. And they can't figure it out. I've been on the phone for over hour.

The guy switched out esn # with the phone #.

I know when I worked for cricket if a customer pissed me off i would just delete them out of the switch and this would turn there phone off, without any sign of the account being disconnected.

1. you cant do it.
2. cricket has more customers and less churn than sprint does.
