I went into uscc to sign a 2yr contract to get the krzr but they said I cldnt do it until June of 07,since it would b 18 months since I had my current contract signed.I originally bcame part of USCC around Sept of 05 but then I signed ANOTHER 2 year contract when I got the razr in Dec of 05.But I returned the phone within a day,so I would have assume the contract signed in Dec would not b valid anymore? Why was I able to sign a contract AGAIN just a few months later on in Dec, but NOT now?Is there anything I can do NOW, to sign a 2 year contract to get the K1M now?

Where you located? If you returned the equipment then the contract should have been voided out. What phone are you currently using?
...
The 30 day guarentee only applys to the phone on renewals. The contract on a retention is not voided, you can only swap the phone under the 30 day excellence guarentee.

I'm wondering why he got a new phone in december when he just signed up in september of that same year, he sounds confused. May of '07 sounds like his 20 months (not 1😎
...
well common sense shows its hard to get a phone liek the razr in SEPTEMBER, when its released3 months LATER in december..gotta think there buddy

buy out the remainder of your contract through customer relations for $150 then pay 179 for a renewal on the krazr and wait for your 80 rebate with easyedge.

seems pretty good idea, but i would probably have to pay a activation fee for the 2yr agreement, and not sure if i would b able to get the same number....i might get a family plan and have my rents on it and then switch over the phones
...
You absolutely won't get the same number, so put that one to rest. You can change to a family, that should work.
...
would i have to wait until i can switch over the krzr to my number, or can i do it right away?
...
1) You WOULD NOT have to pay an activation fee, just the $15 equiptment change fee
2) You WOULD have the same number- it'd be the equivilent of an early upgrade

Wow, so much mis information. If you signed a new contract and got a new phone and returned it a day later you would still be eligble to upgrade at the discounted price. However if you recieve a promotion, like free nights and weekends or free incoming calls then you contract should not have been voided. Regardless you are still eligble for a phone if you are 18 or 20 months through your contract depending on the market that you are in. When did you sign up and what market are you in?
