razr programs?

Ok, I got my razr, now what programs can I get to move pics, video and mp3, ringtones etc. I have a usb cable and I have usb bluetooth connector, what else do I need.

You will need some software. The only think that I've been able to locate is from Motorola themselves. It is called "Mobile Phone Tools" and sells for $29.95.

Maybe someone else can find another piece of software.
