Samsung R850 unable to use MobiTV

I am a new hire with US Cellular and I am curious as to why this phone, out of all the others, is not able to access MobiTV. I contacted our internal support and I haven't heard a word on it. Our website shows that it is able to access it but MobiTV shows it will not work with the phone. This is the "upgrade" over the delve, and the delve had access....

I just don't get it, help! I do have all the other easyedge features for the phone. I am basically scrapping it up to documentation on our website being wrong but not sure really where to go with it. Thanks!

MobiTV is supported on the device because we have it running on our demo phone on our easyEdge wall. It may be something with that particular device or the account. I hope this helps.

Just remember at USCC when something doesn't make seance just tell yourself it's USCC what does?

just tell yourself that we sprint adds charges on your account and they can't tell you why...its just what sprint does...

I would check to make sure that the codes on your account reflect an EVDO coverage area and not a 1X market... MobiTV is only accessible in EVDO. I had the same issue with the same phone and once the codes were changed I was able to access MobiTV. Hope that helps!! Very Happy
