My second V3c broke and i want to get the ROKR. And ive had my plan for a year so i heard after a year and a half theres a discount. But i dont wanna get another razr. So do i get a new phone until the rokr comes out?

The earliest eligibility to renew a 24-month contract (and thus qualify for a discount on a phone) is 20 months from the date of signing. If you don't have insurance, you don't receive another phone unless you activate another USCC handset in the mean time. If you renew and buy another RAZR (if eligible), you won't be elig for a discount on the ROKR.

Ok I got a replacement RAZR from the insurance company, so am i still eligible for that discount at 20 months? 😕

I'ts an SCH-U340 SNAP and it does not appear headed to USCC
what the heck is a Samsung r400? Never heard of it.
You don't mention the Rzr2 at all and that is comming in October- the rokr is comming in September.

What is the power on the Motorola M900? I had an analog bag phone for about 16 years (until the carrier quit with analog) and it always worked.... unlike most of the little digital pieces of *&$%**
