does anyone have any idea what they might drop the price of the 6265 down to when they discontinue it?

We won't know that they are discontinueing it until they knock the price down. It all depends on how many they have in stock when they decide not to carry it anymore. The 6255 dropped only $50 to start with until they were serious about getting rid of it, then they dropped the price over $120 and they flew off the shelves. At that price they were all sold within a week or two. They will not, repeat NOT, drop the full retail price, only the contract price.

I am very sure Jack would not care about the small details such as handset disco.

jack is always right, hence the user name. still, he will not divulge any information that is deemed as propietary or confidential information in the eyes of us cellular. he is here to assist the average employee or customer and squash any rumors, but he is not here to jeopardize us cellulars position in this industry. trust me, when i share something, it is for good reason and is going to be true and accurate information.

Of course, I was right with stating that the 6265 would be discontinued. The phone will be priced at $40 and $90 a/o Sunday. This is an unbelievable price point. Get your hands on one while you can. Quantities are very limited.

There will be other good deals on other phones too so stay tuned.
