I had the same prob w/ the same phone (3586i user, too) and the safest way to get your service programming code is to go to your local USCC store and ask them to look it up for you. They'll be happy to do it and it'll take about 2 mins. 🙂

Actually as USCC retail reps and customer service reps the spc code cannot be given to customers

wrong, I've gotten it over the phone several times from customer service and several on this forum help others out so I wouldn't go saying that just because thats what "the rules are"
