I currently have a LG vx3200. I've had the LG for about a year now and haven't had any problems whatsoever. I've dropped the phone on concrete several times and dunked in a pool once. The worst problems I've had with it are never getting it to work with the Data cable I've bought and now after a year the battery going bad. I've decided I need a newer phone, I'd like one that has a camera added in and CAN work with Data cables (it might just be me). I've read through some of the reviews listed here and none of the phones really got better than a 3.5 on their scale. Any suggestions? I need one that's durable and doesn't mind abuse, I work outside so it's gonna get some miles on its casing.

I just purchased the kyocera strobe. Even though everybody is all excited about the new nokia phone I like the strobe better. It is a sturdy phone the clarity is great and I love the keyboard for texting and when we go online this feature will come in handy. It is a simple phone with bluetooth and a great voice feature that ask you if you want to accept the call and you just say yes or no and if the number is in your phonebook it will say the name so you never have to take the phone out of you pocket or purse. I just sold my Razr and I don't reqret it for a minute.

I've been calling around down here to the stores that would actually pick up the phone. the Strobe priced about $170 here which is what I originally paid for my LGvx3200. I wish there was a way to get it cheaper because I don't need or want to switch my phone number, I just need a new phone. I was considering getting the v266 but I've heard so many mixed reviews about them I don't know if they are any good or not.
