I live in Vero beach and i just got a metro phone when i was in the store the guy who worked there said it would be in orlando in a month so i would say the answer is yes!

I was in Orlando on Tuesday. My Nokia 6265i searched and found the MetroPCS SID 5109. Worked fine all day at Orlando Executive airport and the National Business Aircraft Association convention at the Orange County Convention center.
