I purchased a new, Metro Nokia 6255i phone in May and til' this day have not resolved the problem. The problem with my phone is that it powers off and on by itself. And eventually it turns off completely after about an hour. I have bought three batteries for it and the problem is still there. Metro hasn't been much help either- giving me excuses from downloading ringtones or pictures- which i haven't to "I don't see it powering off." The phone tends to power off in places where one signal bar is present. I even sent it to the Nokia Repair Center in Florida which took 18 days to get it back in the same condition!
