I think it depends on the person, because I, who talk to many Cingular customers, switched from Virgin Mobile for that reason, talking free to them. Anf if I had talked to many Verizon (Ewww) customers I would have gone there. I didn't like Virgin Mobile's selection of phones, limited text message options, and their overall "plan".
