New Android Phones?

Before going ahead and buying the new LG Android that just came out, I was wondering has anyone heard of any new Android phones coming to VM here in the near future? I saw on another forum they expect VM to release some new phones but was curious if anyone had any idea what?

Would I be best to get the new LG now or sit for a month or two for something better coming down the line?

Any new Android phones VM might have will be from the parent company (Sprint), and since I don't see prepaid providers (bar Metro) getting 4g anytime soon, so it's a safe bet that there won't be anything better than the Optimus or the Intercept for VM.

Typcially phones have not come out on Virgin back to back to back, but things have changed in the last year, so I would expect a lot more Android phones, and few feature phones. Virgin is the main data oriented carrier for prepaid from Sprint, so Androids make the most sense.

If you're in a Metro PCS market I strongly recommend considering their service.

Virgin is great if Sprint is strong in your area, but the cost is higher.

I only had my phone (Rumor Touch) for about six months when the Intercept was added to the lineup. Then it wasn't long before the Optima V was added, not many people saw that coming, so who knows. Personally, I would like to see a 7" tablet, but that probably won't happen until 4G becomes fairly common. But like I said, who knows, it could happen soon, as well as some new Android phones.
