Virgin Mobile connection

Sad Every time I buy a new data pack with Virgin Mobile I cannot connect to the web. I get the error Server Not Responding. The so called tech people have no clue what is going on. They told me in October the problem was my phone. So I bought a new phone. Same problem happened yesterday when I bought the new data pack. Server Not Responding. Anybody have any clues what is going on, because the people at VM certainly have no clue.

Let me tell you something when you call virgin mobile just let them know it's not the phone tell them you purchased another pne and you had the same issue with your previous phone. And if you know any one else who has VM tell them so and so has it and theirs work. And I would have them give the money back for the data pack.
