question for anyone who owns a sprint nokia 3588i!
how do you like the phone? if anyone of you knows, how is it different from the old red 3585i? i used to own a 3585i and occasionally it used to 'restart' on me without any known warning (it used to be patched up with the latest firmware/PRL updates)
i am eligible for up to $150 towards a new sprint phone being that i've been with sprint 4ever.

if you ever ran accross such a phone let me know how it stands up...i got 2000 shared mins between 3 phones for $85 with nights&weekends starting @ 7.00 P.M (3000 mins weekends) + unlimited vision

i'm aware nokias are not vision enabled but i can live with that.

if you don't like the nokia @ all what phone would you recommend...or should ...

I've had a 3588i for about 3 months and it has never 'restarted' on me. The phone is pretty much a 3585i with a color screen. I have a friend that has had a 3585i for about 10 months and has no trouble with it at all. You might have had a battery corrosion problem that caused it to restart. For voice and voicemail (and soon SMS-3588i has software enabled for messaging) Nokias are the best receiving, best sound quality phone from SPCS.

well i hate to reply to smth that i originally posted but here it goes

*USFHETT03* phonescoop.com along with pcsusers.com posted that T608 is now available through telematics sales

on the other hand...the nokia3885i turns out to be an O.K phone which should be recommended to anyone who has a tight budget or is not interested in the VISION phones or who is elegible for the current customer Sprint rebates
