Ecare, Regular Customer Service, or @ the Store??

I'd like to start a little poll here:

Do you find that you have better luck @ requesting something for your account through Ecare, through regular customer service, or from your local store? Just sent my first request to Ecare, and am awaiting my response. Where do you guys get the best results?

I've found that I get better results from Customer Care, the people at the stores are just not helpful, but that depends on what Sprint Stores you go to in Michigan. the stores in the burbs are very helpful...

I personally think that although they aren't too helpful in stores at times, you get an actual receipt that says what was added or removed, so that you know it's been done. i called into customer care and they effed up my account big time. I went to a store and got a receipt and everything was a-okay!

hope this helps.

It all depends what your doing and who you talk to. if your changing something on your account or buying something go into a store. if your begging for all kinds of free stuff call someone who cares(customer care).

in a month, start going to stores that used to be nextel. they are supposed to be getting the systems that sprint stores use to be able to manage accounts. they dont have phone techs so the traffic is minimal u wont have to wait long.

Tough to say. There is a Sprint (branded) store on my way to work. That WAS usually where I got stuff taken care of vs calling. It was nice because it sold all the Sprint crap: cordless Sprint branded phones, Dish Network Sat crap, etc. But now, it's Embarq and I've been afraid to go in. Although, with the spin-off I am able to access all info (SPCS & local/LD) by calling one number (and being xferred all over the US)...

UPDATE!!

After about 6 correspondences between myself and Ecare, I finally got my issue resolved! They were good to me, even though it took me some work. For reference, try Ecare first, they seem to know what they are doing.

Thanks for the feedback. 🙂
