If sprint uses a comany called accent marketing to do their Customer service? It would be a call center.

I'm really not sure. The ones that I have asked all say they work directly for Sprint, but those could just be the ones that I call during the day.

I currently work for cingular via a call center called convergys. But i applied for Accent and they said sprint/nextell was their client.

Yes, Accent Marketing does have sprint pcs call centers. I know because I worked for one. And all I can say is RUN! RUN FAR AWAY!
