how can you expect springt to port your number when

they cant even transfer your call to the right dept..... 🙄

That problem relies w/Sprint and not it's affiliates. Affiliate markets provide much better customer care than National. And if you are in collections, forget it cause you're going to get routed to an outsourced call center in India. Good luck getting help from them. If you live in a national market, I'd drive to your nearest affiliate market or get a # to an affiliate market for help.

Great service from an affiliate store?? Sure, that'd be the day. My store, Chattanooga, TN, is the only corporate Sprint store for 150 miles in all directions. We have tons of affiliate stores who misconfigure, make wild promises, and who can't do anything about busted phones or incorrect setups. Corporate stores are the only ones who can solve these issues, and we also have the info as to when porting is available in that area. Find your local Sprint corporate store and ask their people who should give you a prompt answer to this question.
