Giving a Sprint Rep a HUGE high five

My husband and I have been with Sprint (we were with Nextel when Sprint purchased the company) for nearly 17 yrs and have had no issues with our cell phones accounts until today. Today my cell phone (LG3) began having issues. We called Sprint and we were on the phone for over an hour with 3 different Reps from other countries. Two Reps we could barely understand, and the third one was completely clueless. We demanded to be sent to a Rep in our country (US). Kim Munday from Charlotte NC was WONDERFUL! She helped us with patience, courtesy, politeness and total respect. Kim solved our issue quickly and we want to let Sprint know they have a great employee! Thank you so much Kim Munday of Charlotte, NC!

I too have an LG G3, and I have been with Sprint-Nextel for thirteen years. My service has also been great. I purchased the G3 for WiFi calling and the outstanding camera.
