Hero Battery...cant get a full day
So let me start buy saying that i love the Hero but i cant get a full day out of the phone and I'm not a heavy user, dose anyone know if sprint will fix this in a update soon, the battery in my sisters Palm Pre last longer then in my hero that i have only had for about 4 days.
I know that phone dose alot and that takes alot of the battery but i took it off the charger at 7am and by 10:14am i was down to half a battery with only txting and one 4min cell call

I'd take it to a store and see if they will swap the battery out. You will never have as much leverage as you do within your first 30 days.

It does have some battery life issues, however even with moderate/heavy usage it should last you through the evening. My first guess would be you just got a bad battery, so like Azeron said, take it by where you got it and they should be able to swap the battery out for you.

I get about 18 hours out of my hero a day, with normal usage. What you need is a kill apps "app" that will kill off things hogging your memory in the background draining battery. There are alot of widgets that constantly run all day if your not aware of that. Such widgets are, NFL and Nascar, facebook, weather, myspace, calender, etc...
