Palm pixi hardware problems

I recieved the palm pixi as a christmas gift. It was brand new. but i have no recipet and not sure what store it was bought at and ive been having some problems with it. The battery sometimes charges and then it doesnt and then you have to turn the phone off and on again for it to charge and then it freezes. shuts off by itself. and has been really slow lately. I have FULL insurance coverage. What can a sprint store do if i take it there? I don't want a refurbished phone, because theres always something wrong with them.

So uh.. exchange it?

Not to bereate you, but I have yet to figure out why people post things like this.

Go back from whence you bought it, and they will remedy the issue.

If you don't have a way of finding out where the person bought it, then just make sure the Sprint store you go to is a service & repair location. They will be able to take care of it/swap it out.

honestly, you have a 50-50 percent chance of a refurb having problems. just like you are having with a new phone. 50-50... i don't know why people have problems with refurbed equipment. they only reason you are getting a refurb is because something was wrong with the NEW phone you got. and don't blame sprint, blame the manufacture. and that goes for ALL wireless carriers.
