Leaked Sprint Training Documents Reveal More About Palm Pre

A few weeks back we heard that Sprint was expected to start training their customer service reps on the Palm Pre. It appears that leaked training docs related to the Palm Pre have found their way to the Internet courtesy of Inside Sprint Now.

Most of the documentation appears to be in line with everything we currently know about the Palm Pre, but here are a few notable points made by the unofficial blogger.

Well if Sprint is taking a point out of ATT's book and requiring a data plan (iPhone). Let's hope the Pre will be heavily subsidized.

All phones are heavily subsidized. Also, the Pre would be pretty useless without a data plan.

NO. The pre will not allow a SERO plan. I know that sucks. ☹️

Never said it would allow sero, it will be allowed on the employee referal the new sprint employee plans. Just like the instinct, how do you think employees have these phones.

Everything Plus Individual Voice with data plans:
$59.99 Everything Plus 500: Overage rate of $0.45/minute.

$79.99 Everything Plus 1000: Overage rate of $0.40/minute.
Plans do not pool or share minutes.

Call Forwarding is $0.20 cents per minute.

What your going to have to upgrade to is one of these. Thats if your current plan is a sero (sprint employee referral offer) plan. Then they would make you switch to one of these.

Plan Specifics Everything Plus Individual Voice with data plans:

I don't really know if it's a SERO plan that I'm on but I would guess it is some form of one because I got it over a year ago and because it's not one of these Everything Plus Referral plan (simple logic, if it's not something, then it's something else, right?)

As far as the pertinent information, so as not to get anybody in trouble, I'll keep the rest of what I have to ask about private. Thanks for the info Kayslay.
