Sprint Sucks

Yep! Just wanted to share with everyone here my own personal experience so that no one else makes the same mistake I did in going with Sprint.

Well, I went into a corporate store, and demanded they give my a free Instinct, and nobody took me seriously, so I asked to speak to the manager. After 2 hours of yelling at those morons who worked there, I finally got one and was on my way.

Well, I dropped my Instinct in the bathtub and discovered it would no longer work. I promptly called customer service to see about getting another one. I had to speak to at least five different people before I finally got someone to agree with me that I deserved to have my Instinct replaced for free. Those other fools kept trying to sell me insurance or some...

Do you have an idea of how much of a fool your post makes you sound. Of course the instinct isnt going to do the same as a blackberry its comparing apples to oranges!! HELLO! Why WOULDNT you be responsible for paying for a new instinct when YOU dropped it into the tub. How is that SPRINTS FAULT? Its not, its YOURS for being to cheap to pay for the 7 dollar a month insurance. Do you research before you complain about things. No wonder the people at the store laughed at you. DID YOU HEAR ME NOW? 😉

Seriously, I cannot believe how unintelligent that post was. I am still laughing out loud.

I take it you didn't learn the literary term of sarcasm when it is written. jrfdsf, if I'm correct, is a Sprint corporate retail store employee. The point of his thread is to show the unrealistic expectations customer have dealing with Sprint whether it is with a customer facing department such as a retail store or over the phone with a department like customer care or account services.

I think your one of those customers who needs to be taken out back. Your someone who expects everything free, and pay nothing in return. Good job on helping the economy. Dirt bag

I love reading Sprint forums at work. Reminds me not to sweat the small stuff and remember really how uneducated the mass public is...

It's not their fault, and I'm sure they know deep down somewhere in that pile of stupid between their temples that they're being ridiculous.

I mean, how dare I tell a customer that walks in here demanding to get an insurance replacement out the door that we're a retail and bill pay center. It's not false advertising and it's not poor customer service! It says right on the store locator screen at sprint.com that this store takes payemnts for bills and sells you phones and we do exactly what we are equipped to do.

You know what i love the most?!?!?! Customers who come in and think that because i work at a Sprint store that we are all equipped to service the phones. And what kills me the most is when Customer Service reps who work for Corporate Sprint actually send customers to the bill pay centers to get their phone serviced; are you serious?!?!?!? But really people just want to feel like they pulled something over on Corporate America when they come in wanting everything for free!!! They feel like they are being taken advantage of and like i read in another forum; if they bitch, whine and complain enough they will eventually get whatever they want. We are raising a society of whinny bitchy people who have no sense of loyalty and accountability. ...

It sounds like to me you are a flaming idiot. The only reason you got an Instinct from the store was so they could get you out the store and they could grab a shot of JD in order to deal with the stress you caused them. Then, you drop your new phone in the tub. THEN you demand that you get a new one, which you do. THEN, after you get your NEW Instinct, which you do NOT deserve to have, you discover it doesn't even compare to a Blackberry. When you find this out, you whine to CS and get them to terminate your contract WITHOUT the ETF!

Sprint just wanted to get RID of you!! They're MUCH happier now, you're happy now with your new carrier.

You're funny....
