Last month I signed up for the sprint plan with 2000 minutes for 2 phones for a $100. The Sprint Rep told me that I would get unlimited mobile to mobile, vision with readylink and unlimited nights and week-ends. Now that I got my first bill, there is an extra charge of $20 for readylink on the second phone??? I called sprint and the rep told me that you have to pay extra for the second phone's readylink? Has that happend to anyone or is that true???Thanks

You get free RL and Vision on the main line only, the second line would be $20 a month for both total. So the bill is indeed correct. If the rep told you that, then I would recommend going back to wherever you bought it and bring the bill and ask him/her about hit.

Thanks for the response, so I guess I was lied to? I think I am going to throw the phone back at his face and cancel my service because I specifically asked him about this.. Does anyone know what SPRINT's return policy is?

Well Sprint store return policy is only 14 days, but I would recommend first going back to the start and talking to either the salesperson, or if he is not available, the store manager.

the cancellation policy is 14 days only!!! if you are still in the 14 days you can cancel but you will have to pay for your whole bill. Its just the way sprint works.

Not tryig to be harsh or anything, but i would either suck it up and take it, becuz you had more than enuff opportunity to research what each company offered, it's not that hard to read. If you not satisfied with that, just cancel if your within your 14 days to do so.

Here's my 2 cents ... I know it sucks when you're told the wrong info - imagine that somebody misinformed by SPCS!!!, but I've tried ALL the carriers & SPCS has always been the one I've stuck with - the benefits outnumber the drawbacks - I've always found their quality comparable or better than others & SPCS features impress me more than other carriers(VM, web, etc) especially now that shortmail is finally going away! ...I'm on the same plan that you picked & for the $$$ you're getting a good package, especially if you're like me and you know a number of other people around the states that have SPCS - really helps on PCS2PCS!

🙄 if you compare what you got to any other carrier you could not get that good of a deal!!! $120 for two phone unlimited calling between both and others with sprint as well as unlimited vision that does not touch your minutes 😕 if you can get a better deal let me know 😛

What your rep told you initially when you purchased the phone is correct. The add a phone and the initial line can try out RL and Vision for free for 2 months. I had the same deal for 2 VM4500's and both lines are free. Check you bill again. It will show $20 MRC per line with a $20 credit per line on your bill.

You should receive the credit on your bill, but you need to call customer care to make sure the correct codes were applied to make it free for 2 months.

There are no codes that make it free for two months. When you put RL and Vision on the account, it automatically credits free for two months without inputing anything else.
