SPRINT MESSED UP!!!! (and very quickly and politely corrected the problem)

I just got my bill in my e-mail and it had an extra $75 charge on it so i used one of the CS numbers the good employees on this forum supplied to get through without any hold time at all. The lady spoke english 😁 and quickly figured out that somehow during my last CS call over a month ago my powervision pack got removed. She reinstated it and backdated it so that i will not get charged for the data overage 🙂 all told it took about 10 min and the only time i spent on hold was about a minute while i waited for her manager to sign off on the whole thing! I was going to try and get a something free cuz they screwed up but they were so cool i didnt' have the heart to try 🙂

That's great news! Especially since it took me THREE phone calls yesterday, trying to prevent much the same problem.

Where can I find these CS phone numbers, if you please?

That number is actually a corporate legacy Nextel number I've used since 2003 (Now called Sprint corporate).

That's why I love my service! I get Sprint's network and data (Powersource) and Nextel's CS! 🙂

So is this number only for business customers? Or do you mean it rings at Sprint's corporate HQ?
