SPRINT SUCKS!!!

GOT YA!!! I LOVE SPRINT!

Everyone else is just kicking them while they're down right now. But once they get up. Every other company better not start crying after Sprint start throwing the punches.

And it looks like its going to be before the year end.

New phones exclusive to sprint by the end of the year. Better and faster download speeds coming later this year. Plus its a parent company to many smaller carriers.

Just kidding. But realistically, Sprint's problems do seem to be pretty deep-rooted, and I wouldn't imagine them having their ship in order for another 12 to 18 months, at least.

They'll be a contender again, but it's gonna take awhile. 👀

No....Sprint sucks. Their network is pretty damn good...that I'll give them. However, customer service lives up to the poor rating that it continues to get.

I'm not talking about Sprint Store Employees. They're pretty good. I'm talking about the call center, or centers. It seems like a crap shoot every time I have to call one of them.

This is my first contract with Sprint. Been with them since 11/07. I have had to call them more times in these 6 months to inquire about/fix something wrong with my bill/plan than one person should have to.

I've had to call a few times to get the unlimited texting plan added to my plan even though I ordered it the day I got my phone at the Sprint Store. I've had to call 4-6 times in order to get my cor...

I did the same they continually screw up your bill, the 200 ETF is a small price to pay for piece of mind. I did the same thing, life is hectic enough without having to fight with your wireless carrier. good luck

Dang Plat. Surprised to see that move on your part. I thought you were a dyed in the wool Sprint fanboy. I'm really baffled sometimes at how people can continually argue about how much better the Sprint network is over Verizon. I manage over 60 plus wireless users in our organization and we literally had to move them all from Sprint because of the dropped calls and dead spots. And our reps don't travel to the boonies.

Anyway, half are on VZW and the other AT&T. Verizon is better than AT&T as far as voice quality, but most users don't notice the difference.

Understandable. I know I pick on them a lot but they just make so many bad moves it's hard not too. And the first time you really have to deal with that customer service group, well, you just can't help but to hate'em.

Good luck with VZW. I wish they were GSM and worked better more of the places I travel (Europe) or I'd switch to them. AT&T is pretty good though. Not great, but I always have a signal...

go into a store and get a store rep to help out and try to get a sales support call center involved

Not to bring politics into this thread, but you could replace the word "Sprint" with the phrase "Hillary Clinton" and it would sound just as stupid and desperate...
