SPRINT SUCKS!!!
Everyone else is just kicking them while they're down right now. But once they get up. Every other company better not start crying after Sprint start throwing the punches.
And it looks like its going to be before the year end.

Just kidding. But realistically, Sprint's problems do seem to be pretty deep-rooted, and I wouldn't imagine them having their ship in order for another 12 to 18 months, at least.
They'll be a contender again, but it's gonna take awhile. 👀
I'm not talking about Sprint Store Employees. They're pretty good. I'm talking about the call center, or centers. It seems like a crap shoot every time I have to call one of them.
This is my first contract with Sprint. Been with them since 11/07. I have had to call them more times in these 6 months to inquire about/fix something wrong with my bill/plan than one person should have to.
I've had to call a few times to get the unlimited texting plan added to my plan even though I ordered it the day I got my phone at the Sprint Store. I've had to call 4-6 times in order to get my cor...

Anyway, half are on VZW and the other AT&T. Verizon is better than AT&T as far as voice quality, but most users don't notice the difference.
Good luck with VZW. I wish they were GSM and worked better more of the places I travel (Europe) or I'd switch to them. AT&T is pretty good though. Not great, but I always have a signal...
