how is it possible??? nai inquire

why casual data usage appear on invoice even if nai is canceled suspended or blocked ??? 🙄

Possibly, the usage occurred before the NAI was suspended/removed. Possibly, it wasn't really/fully suspended/removed.

It's hard to say with just the info provided. Suffice that many stranger things have happened with billing.

Actually it is a known issue that we're still working on resolving. If you are being charged on that line call in to Care and we'll get you credited back for that and monitor the account to prevent future charges.

is it blocked or cancelled? Cancelled, our error, no questions. However if the NAI is blocked, and some user sits there trying to relogin over and over and over and over, we'll see on the uage, .03, .03, .03,.03 over and over again. Disable from handset as well or call in and have the NAI cancelled.

a cust was getting charged hundreds of $'s for data and ringtones/calltones/games/etc etc etc... and i found out that they NAI had been cancelled, and reassigned to another account. the other account was making the purchases, but she was getting charged. since then, all i do is suspend the NAI.
