I just called to get my mom switched on to it. Of course, this is the response I get (after 10 minutes of being on hold) "I'm sorry sir, we are actually having problems with that plan right now as far as adding it on to your account. Can I call you later and let you know what is going on?"

Get your crap together sprint!

New plan and high buzz will mean long wait times. I'm gonna hold off until Monday morning.. at least I think I can hold off that long...

You will be able to order the unlimited plans online sometime next week. Of course Sprint reps are known to give faulty advice at times, so take with a grain of salt.

Completely satisfied with my current plan.
My plan is as follows:

Powerpack Family 700 with 2 lines

Plus free M2M at no extra charge (Nextel account)
Pick 3 at no extra charge
15% corporate discount

All this for $70 per month AFTER taxes and fees! 🙂

I would get it if I wasn't on an employee account.

And what is the actual cost for a 8yr customer with 4 lines on family plan who might want the unlimited everything? Currently on the old 2200min for 109.00, n&w start at 6, text on all lines, no data and paying 10 per mth for 3rd and 4th line. Will it actually be like 99.00 for the first, then 94.00 for the second, 89 for the third and so on.....? 😕 Or is therre someone out there who can give me a way out of the madness?

Why would you think the price would be different for you?

Didn't say that it had to be different just for little ol' me. Don't have any clue why you would even think it in the first place. It was just a question with some background information for reference. Hope I didn't hurt too many of your toes as I steppped in on a thread. Thank you for any time spent reviewing my question.

The way you worded it made it seem like you expected something special for being an 8 year customer and having 4 lines. Customers who have a sense of entitlement just because they honor contracts and pay bills on time get on my nerves. Sorry if I misinterpreted you ...

It's ok, I was just asking. I have seen Sprint give others many things. I have also gotten poor customer service in the past and after stepping on a few peoples' scalps I got things straightened out. Just don't understand why they want to charge ppeople so much when they are getting longevity from them. I will just keep it the way it is now and say oh well. Hope everyone isi having a good day.
