SPRINT S&R IS A JOKE

For the record, as a former employee I've defended this company but its gotten so bad I've got to gripe.
I took my phone to the S&R center because it wasn't connecting data: drops connection, drops to 1XRTT even when right next to the tower. After 1.5 hours they tell me its "not the phone" but an "account issue" and I have to call customer care. After I explain to them that I used to WORK in a sprint repair center and that it is in fact a phone issue, they grew impatient and fed me a line of BS just to get me out of the store. My lost cause phone call to Tier 2 tech support (.5 hours) ended with a suggestion to reset my vision password..Thanks.
I finally go to the other S&R center and after 10 min of inspection, they deem the phone blatan...

Unless you change from a SERO plan to a regular Sprint one, you'll have your SERO plan for life.

That is true Sprint never forces you to change your plan, if you are happy with the plan you have you can keep it as long as you like. You do not even need a contract, however being in a contract allows you benefits.

The only beenfit I see resigning a Sprint contarct while on a SERO plan is for a handset discount.

I know the plan stays. I mention that because I have seen in the past care changing plans w/o customer authorization. Sounds bad but I've seen it happen.
