Stupid sprint bashers

Some people who come on these forums should be banned not only from phone scoop but from life..if your whole life revolves around going on phonescoop and bashing anyone who has anything to say good about sprint then you obviously need some serious help in getting a lifestyle change. at least have some valid arguments, there are some people will come on and say sprint needs to do something big to get back in the races then i read the same people complaining about sprint trying again for wimax. obviously that is something big that will put them back on track. I have sprint and I'm a lot happier than i was with at&t and a million times happier than verizon. but you don't see me going on their forums bashing everything they do. i go on here to s...

Great post man 🙂 - I totally feel the same way, I don't go on other forums to say negative things about other carriers, it's just silly.

Sprint has provided me with the best service out of all of them! I have a great phone, a super plan, I truly enjoy Sprint's products! It does get old reading post bashing Sprint, but I know better and that's all the matters. Take it easy 😉

One of the main reasons the company is continuing to struggle is the bad press they've been getting. Cingular was a joke and they came back and so will Sprint. Seriously, if you don't care about Sprint then stay off the forum. You're wasting space and the effort to post a comment. GO AWAY!

It amazes me too, that people will actually come on this forum and basically tell you that you are stupid for even having Sprint service for any reason. Don't these jokers realize that Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile DO NOT provide coverage everywhere, and are useless to an individual if they don't?

I have Sprint (Nextel) because it works best where I work and live, and that's really all I care about. I could switch to another carrier, but I would be sacrificing the ability to use my phone in the places I need it the most. What good is having a wireless service that's "the best" if it doesn't work for you personally?

Because some people would rather have a cool phone that does nothing, look at the Iphone users lol. They have this nice phone and can't take total advantage of the web because it take 2 years to look up ur Myspace. And why download song to your phone when u can download the instant within 60seconds from the Sprint music store hmmm.

there are plenty of people that work for tmobile. And a person that works for them is the last person I wnat for advice. They are trying to sell them. And why post this on multiple threads are you trying to sign people yourself? Sorry I like data and not that slow stuff tmobile has. Edge isn't even widespread with them let alone 3g!!

oh zoolanderman, proof is in the pudding

look at the massive layoffs and poor marks across the board for customer service.

no one give a rat's ass if sprint has the largest most capable metwork, well... maybe a heartless business who only cares about the bottom line.

Executives get the ax when their company does not perform. It will eventually trickle down to the average sprint fan boy, like yourself.

I say, treat your customers correctly

what customer cares how many layoffs they have? I wan to be able to use my phone. Also CS if you call enough that it matters you don't need a phone!

performance is number one.

reputation drives performance in the wireless industry.

people switch at the drop of a hat whenever they hear a company is good.

Yeah performance and sprint if you know what your talking about is number one with that. Sorry they are. I don't have them but I konw they are from experance and people I hear stories abou twith them and others.

Reputation drives customers not performance. Get real. Sprint has a bad rep and verizon has a awsome rep. Verizon wins with customers.

With that said the more and more we become tech savy so to speak reputation will not drive customers. And thus you will ahve a true indication of a companies true performance!

obvious. I hate to say it but sprints cust service cant get anyworse. All they can do is move up. I have sprint sales reps as friends and gf and they even complain about your customer service.

Many people who bash sprint complain about customer service and phones, Which obviously we all know and hear.

While working for customer care @ sprint I learned that many folks just have an insatiable attitude. They basically can not be satisfied unless it goes their way. Being honest we do listen to your issues. But, if the issue had been answerd but it may not have been what you want, there is no need for jumping off the deep end and saying you are not getting customer service. Your question has been answered we will send you on your way. I've seen foul ups, nobody is perfect. At the same time realize that when it's there we fix it when you get intouch with us in a timely mannor. 😉

So when you judge customer service know what...
