How much of an employee discount are you getting for your Sprint phone?
I don't work for Sprint directly so I don't get a company phone, but I work for Convergys and I get a 23% employee discount.

I work for a third party retailer and I get 1000 anytime unlimited n/w at 7 no roaming and all the multimedia options (vision, RL, video,picturemail) for around $30. Its normally 20, but add no roaming and unlimited n/w minutes. American eagle gets 27% off there monthly bill

If that's your plan then you are hopefully a third party rep, not a direct Sprint rep. If you work directly for Sprint you need to ask your supervisor about the employee plan they just rolled out.
Working at a Sprint corporate store, we have sales rep plans that are soon to be converted to general employee plans. The exact details of that plan are proprietary I believe. đ You get a great deal on your main(business use) line and all other lines get a 25% discount off the normal rates.

I can see the benefit for the rest of the company but I agree it is not a benefit for those who were on the sales plan. It's still a tremendous bargain compared to the competition so no major complaints from me.

đ As a best buy employee, wireless expert I receive well have the LG 6100 from Verizon with unlimited everything, for 0 dollars a month, and for sprint I have the new 6600 from Audiovox(PDA phone) also unlimited everything for free... So I think I got the best deal, haha...
