What a stupid, greedy company!

As if this ridiculous, oversized company with its insane profits needed to nickel and dime its customers further with a $2 fee. Its time that this company with its overpriced plans started to see a mad exodus of customers to humble it back to reality. And yes you guessed it, I am not a customer of Verizon or any of the other "Big3", because it just seems these companies are hell bent on charging more and giving less. I bet if this company started to bleed millions of customers it would all of a sudden start coming out with better plans and less costly service!

One comment that made a tad bit of sense was if people do not like it they can go elsewhere.
It is called choice.
The other side of the coin too is sensible as well.
VZW does not need to nickel and dime their subscribers with the insane profits they are already making.
Their plans are exhorbitantly priced.
T-Mobile already charges by making payments with a live rep on the phone. Anyone can make a payment on their automated system without having their hands held through the process.
I am pro MVNO and am happily subscribed to one.(Not MetroPCS). The plans are super-affordable and no BS taxes and fees. I have never had a problem ever with the service on the phone or with customer service. 🙂

Actually Verizon's plans are pretty much average with other carriers but the service and coverage is better than others. They decided not to implement a fee so why is this even a subject of any discussion?

Well we have Verizon and AT&T, two "ridiculous oversized companies" with lots of customers. Then we have Sprint which experienced a decent exodus over the years which improved their customer service tremendously and has cheaper plans, yet they still haven't passed the top two up. THen we have T-Mobile which is cheap and floundering and has been humbled to heck. Carly the T-Mobile girl is HOT and still isn't getting customers in the doors.

Whats your point? Your theory doesn't work 🙄
Boost, T-Mobile, Virgin, all should be doing better than the evil ones are.
People are going to go with who is best for them!

I agree with you in theory except you put too much faith in people. People are sheep. AT&T did very well with the i-Phone. Many i-Phone users still stuck on contract with AT&T love the phone, hate the network yet they still stay. And when the new i-Phone comes out do you think the majority will shop another carrier? I doubt it. They're going to do what's easiest.

wecivus obviously is a total a$$ loser with his comment. 🤣
MVNO's from my experience have never given me problems and a few do use VZW network so there will be coverage.
There are tons of choices out there which makes it that much better.

mnvos have their place, but remember, they couldn't exist without the companies who actually invest in the equipment and infrastructure, and regulatory intrusion that enables them to exist

So if Vx ATT Sprint start bleeding money, the mnvo's will become more costly

As spectrum is gobbled up and used, the mnvo's may see reduced access to the networks

In other words, the mnvo's can only exist if the Big 3 are profitable....
Limit their profita...

Correct. Shows us that the big 4 need to keep better eyes on themselves and their practices.

Companies are by definition greedy, unless they are not for profit entities and pay no taxes.

Any company is in business to make money. Plain and simple.

If we want non-profit companies running the mobile communications industry, then we should cede it to the Federal Government and let them run it like they do all the other failed federal programs.

Quit your whining the company needs money. I think they should charge $5.00 for online and phone payments and $7.00 if you pay by check
