Reading stories like this makes me sick. They need to redo the patent system. There is no reason to clog up the legal system and waste time and money on matters like this.

And while countries sush as Germany and Japan leave us light years behind with their R&D,our mega corporations keep trying to find newer and more aggressive ways to stop any other research that could develop into future competition. And still there are those that want to hand absolute control over to them.
