OF COURSE they made up their minds, upgrading a city to LTE takes planning, contractors have to be lined up and so on.

Try being a consumer for once in your life rather than some corporate mouth piece.

AT&T needs to get full national 3G, puts less stress on edge network, AT&T's 3G network has more capacity than edge. Then they should worry about pushing out LTE on a national level. But if you dig through AT&T site your find there 3G service is small compared to edge network. So why is everyone worried about AT&T LTE because if there 3G network is any indication small city USA won't see 3G for a few more years let alone 4G speeds
