Apple Announces the Dual-Mode CDMA/HSPA+ iPhone 4S

I'm an Android user, but not an Apple basher. I've used my friends Iphone and its great, but is this I4S worth paying $200-$400 for if you already own an I4? Outside of the processor and the camera, the real upgrades are in the operating system which will be made available to I4 users. Most Iphone users will not notice the increase in speed between the A4 and the A5 chip. The I4S is a good phone if you're in the market to buy a new phone, but IMHO, you'd be an idiot to shell out $200-$400 for it if you already own an Iphone 4.
